Kensuke Nimura (弐村 剣輔, Nimura Kensuke) is the protagonist of the Ga-Rei (喰霊) manga series, and an ordinary highschool student with the ability to see the dearly dead.

Built as any teenager is, Kensuke is of average height and build, with scruffy, shoulder length hair of darker colour (possibly black or a blue-ish, the colour changes as the manga processes). His eyes are slanted and of a light brown or amber colour and is sometimes seen wearing glasses.
